One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip to News York for two including 2 nights hotel accommodations, tickets to a taping of "Millionaire", roundtrip coach airfare, pre-tipped car service from airport in NY to hotel and from hotel to and from the show. Does not include meals, tips and taxes. Estimated retail value $1500. Winner has up to one year from the first day the winner is announced to complete travel.
Who Can Enter
Entrants must be legal residents of Madison, Limestone, Morgan, Lawrence, Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb, and Cullman and Lincoln County, Tennessee who are 21 years of age and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address at time of entry. Employees of Local TV, LLC d/b/a WHNT News 19, (collectively, "Sponsor(s)"), their respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each such employee are ineligible. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
How to Enter
The sweepstakes will begin at 6:30 pm, (C.S.T) or "when the online sweepstakes entry form is posted on www.whnt.com on or about October 29, 2009, and all entries must be received by 10:00 am CST, Thursday, November 26, 2009.
Internet Entry: Enter by visiting the "I Love Millionaire" official registration page on the WHNT website (www.whnt.com) and completing all of the required information and following all posted instructions. Watch Millionaire weekdays at 6:30pm on WHNT NEWS 19 during the contest period, which is October 29 through November 25, 2009. Watch for the question of the day, which will be included in a promotional announcement during the show. After the Millionaire program airs each weekday, go to the "I Love Millionaire" contest page on whnt.com and select your answer to the question of the day. When your selection is completed, you will be entered in a pool of entries. You can enter once each day. A random drawing from all the daily entries will determine the winner. The entry that is drawn must contain the correct answer to the question asked the day the entry was made. If the answer is incorrect, another name will be drawn.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use a winner's name, hometown, likeness, and photograph in any media for any commercial, promotional, or other purpose without additional compensation. You may enter the Sweepstakes as often as you like during the contest period, but only 1 time per day.

Sponsor(s) are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entries, communications with winners or other sweepstakes information by Sponsor(s) or entrants for any reason whatsoever. 3. "One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received and to be held on or about December 1, 2009 at 3pm.
The Prizes
4. "Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive round trip coach class air fare for two from the major continental U.S. airport nearest winner's home, (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, pre-tipped car service from airport in NY to hotel and from hotel to and from the show.
Costs of meals, remaining ground transportation, gratuities, from hotel to airport and all other expenses not specified above as part of prize package are the sole responsibility of winner. The trip package has a total approximate retail value of $ 1500.00, which may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner's home, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on identical itinerary.
5. The winners will be notified by "mail" and "phone" on or about December 2, 2009. To claim prize, each winner must personally visit Sponsor's offices at 200 Holmes Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama within "ten (10) business days" after notification (office visits must be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. (C.S.T.) and 5 p.m. (C.S.T.) weekdays and must present a valid photo identification." The winners will be required to complete, sign and return in person at WHNT NEWS 19, 200 Holmes Ave., Huntsville, Alabama a Certification of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of the date of notification or he or she will be disqualified. "Persons traveling as guest of the Grand Prize Winner must also sign any affidavit or release that Sponsor(s) may require.Failure to do disqualifies the winner and an alternate name will be chosen by a random drawing.
6. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by a winner. A winner cannot assign or transfer prizes. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute any prize or component of any prize package with a prize or component of like or greater value, including cash, for any reason. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes that winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor(s).
7. Each winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
