The inaugural "Rock The Block" event will be taking place in Scottsboro, Alabama on Saturday, August 1st. It will be held directly behind the grounds of First United Methodist Church on the outdoor track at Caldwell Elementary School.

The event is being held to collect school supplies for the WHNT NEWS 19 Tools For Schools drive. Four Christian rock bands will be performing, including "Owing Adam," "A Thousand Second Chances," "Whosoever," and "Everyday Sunday."
