On Tuesday, October 26, the two candidates for governor of Alabama and the two candidates for the District 5 Congressional debate squared off in a debate at Athens State University.The two-hour debate on WHNT2 featured Ron Sparks and Robert Bentley, the candidates running for governor, in the first hour. The second hour featured Mo Brooks and Steve Raby, the candidates running for the District 5 Congressional seat.
