Authorities in Franklin County say a missing man has been found, safe. Hoyt Lane, 78, was found late Tuesday night in Germantown, Tennessee.
Lane's family had last seen him on Tuesday morning. Sheriff's investigators say Lane left his house on Whitlock Branch Road around 8:00 a.m. He was supposed to return at 11:00 a.m., but did not. Lane's family members were concerned because they say he suffers from dementia.
Again, Lane was found safe Tuesday night.
