Police Chief Charged With DUI, Granted Change Of Venue
Tuscumbia's Police Chief charged with DUI has been granted a change of venue.  Tony Logan was in court today to ask the judge to completely drop the DUI charges against him.  But if the charges were not dismissed, Logan requested his trial be moved from the Shoals.  The judge approved the latter request.

In 2009 Logan was charged with driving under the influence after Florence Police responded to a report of a possible drunken driver.  He was convicted of the charge last year, in Florence Municipal Court.  However Logan appealed the conviction in Lauderdale Circuit Court.
