Boaz Police arrested a suspect in a bank robbery shortly after the crime Monday.Police caught Christopher Shawn Ingram, 43, in the Mountainboro community of Etowah County.
Police say Ingram robbed Superior Bank on Billy Dyar Boulevard on Monday around 10:30am. He walked up to a teller, demanded money, and said he had a gun.
The man left the building, jumped in a red Dodge Neon and drove away. An Albertville police officer caught him in Mountainboro. Ingram, who is from Gadsden, is now in FBI custody.
