It's an interactive discussion that's meant to address public concerns about a potential transition from ECM to RegionalCare. Coffee Health Group Interim CEO Jody Pigg will be taking your questions.

"Since the proposal has already gone to the city and the county, we wanted to give people as quick an opportunity as possible to answer their questions. It's a convenient way for people to get information and not feel like they have to get dressed up and go somewhere", said Coffee Health Group Spokesman Tom Whetstone.

Whetstone has already received a slew of questions from hospital employees, retirees, and community members. He expects many more tonight.

"We know we'll have questions about the current process: How did we get to where we are? How did you choose RegionalCare? What were the differences in the proposals?", said Whetstone.

Whetstone also anticiapates questions regarding RegionalCare's commitment to build a new hospital to replace the current one.

To join the discussion, go to ecmhospital.com or shoalshospital.com and click on the icon at the top of the page, which will direct you straight to the forum.

Those who don't have Internet access will not be left out of the discussion. You can call in your questions during the web forum to 256-768-8490, or you can go to the Florence Public Library and watch it live in the conference room.
