FORT PAYNE, AL—
A minor earthquake hit this morning near fort payne. It registered as a 1.4 on the Richter Scale.The quake was centered about eight miles away from Fort Payne.
The quake struck just before 4:00am.
There's no word of any major damage or serious injuries.
