A jury has recommended life in prison without parole for convicted cop killer Kenneth Shipp.
The judge in the case can either accept or reject the jury's recommendation.
The jury found Shipp guilty of capital murder on Thursday.
Sentencing will be on March 26th.

She says he never lost her love. She "loves him so much." She can't imagine him dying in prison.
His mother says Shipp has been the "prodigal son" and she has tried to pull him back. She says he has since changed though.
Kenneth Shipp's mother is now on the stand.
She says Shipp has changed since the shooting. He writes letters to family asking for help for other inmates.
Shipp's sister says her brother was a loving little boy. She says he was chubby and that made him want to please people even more.
Shipp's sister is now on the stand. She is his older sister.
Christina Shipp says she doesn't want her father to be killed. He is a good man.
Christina Shipp, Shipp's daughter is on the stand.
Mrs. Shipp says her husband has found God and his mission is to now help other men in prison.
She says giving Shipp death will not bring Freeman back.
Kenneth Shipp's wife is on the stand. They are still married, but separated. She says she doesn't think Ken deserves the death penalty.
