Richard and Doris Doty died Saturday night in a five car accident on Old Railroad Bed Road along the Madison-Limeston County Line. The two died instantly.
State Troopers say another drive tried to pass several cars and was in the wrong lane when he hit the Dotys headon.
The Dotys lived in Toney, but were originally from Illinois. They were on their way home from a Christmas Play rehearsal at their church when the accident happened.
Their son Charles says his parents loved the Lord. He says he knows he will see them again.
State Troopers are investigating the crash and may file charges against the driver that caused the accident. There were no other serious injuries in the accident.
