BLOUNT COUNTY -
Arab Police officer Cass Lambert made a traffic stop that turned out to be just the first domino to fall. He pulled over a man who, inside his car, had evidence that pointed to him being a drug dealer.
Police say the man is Peter Collins, 47, of Blount County. After getting a tip from Arab, Blount County Sheriff's deputies went to Collins' home on Timmerman Road.
Inside the mobile home, they found 156 marijuana plants worth more than $300,000. There was also a crystal meth lab.
Police say Collins also kept a ledger that recorded all of his drug sales and the names of those he sold to. So, more arrests are expected soon.
