A juvenile was shot in Toney, Alabama after allegedly breaking into someone's home.
A spokesman for the Madison County Sheriff's Office tells WHNT News 19 that a homeowner on Stuart Road in Toney called 911 around 8 o'clock Sunday evening to report that someone was breaking into his house.
The homeowner went outside with a gun and shot at one two suspects and hit the suspect in the back.
We are told the two suspects are juveniles.
The juvenile who was shot was taken to Huntsville Hospital.
The other left the scene and was later arrested at his home. He was taken to the Sheriff's Office for questioning.
