Huntsville Police are investigating a shooting that happened outside a nightclub early Friday morning. DeAngelia Sheree Bell, 23, was hit by multiple gunshots and died.
Bell was a junior at Alabama A&M University. She was majoring nutrition and hospitality management. Bell leaves behind two children under the age of five.
The shooting happened just after 2am in a parking lot on Country Club Avenue. The lot is used by the Pin Palace Bowling Alley and Focus Bar and Grill.
Witnesses say several shots went through the windshield of an SUV. Bell was sitting in the vehicle and was hit.
Police have not made an arrest.
